BoysGrow
BoysGrow is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit creating real opportunities for Kansas City youth to grow on the farm and beyond. Through a two-year paid apprenticeship, teens work 2–3 days a week on a 10-acre farm, gaining hands-on experience in agriculture, culinary arts, and business.
Alongside chefs, mentors, and industry professionals, they learn to grow food, develop products, and contribute to real ventures—building confidence, discipline, and skills that last a lifetime.
